What does “minimum monthly” mean on hybrid plans?+
Each month you pay whichever is higher: your plan’s minimum (e.g. ৳1,999) OR commission on online bookings (e.g. 6% of ৳40,000 = ৳2,400). Quiet month? You pay the floor. Busy month? You pay the percentage.
Which plan do you recommend?+
Most venues land on Growth: ৳1,999/month minimum + 6% commission. It beats Essential once you pass ~৳12.5k online revenue, and includes up to 3 turfs. High-volume venues should compare Pro vs Fixed Plus using the calculator.
Hybrid vs fixed — which should I pick?+
Hybrid if revenue fluctuates (rainy season, new venue). Fixed if you want one predictable number on your books — Fixed Plus at ৳5,999 with 0% commission often wins above ~৳100k monthly online bookings.
Are walk-in bookings charged?+
No TurfLet commission on walk-ins you log in the dashboard. Hybrid and fixed % rates apply to online bookings paid through TurfLet only.
What is the Launch offer?+
First 10 venue partners: ৳0 minimum and 0% commission for 6 months. After that, move to Essential or Growth.
