Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and TurfLet Bangladesh Ltd. (“TurfLet”, “we”). Using the app or turflet.app means you accept them. If you do not, do not create an account or pay for a slot.

Players can:

• Find venues and book a slot
• Pay with bKash, card, wallet, or pay at the venue when that venue allows it
• Join a team, use vouchers, and buy from the shop when those features are on

Owners list fields, set prices and a cancellation policy, and manage bookings from the owner tools. TurfLet runs the platform. The venue runs the pitch.

You need an account you control. Sign in with your phone or with Apple. Keep the number and sign-in method yours, and give us a name we can use on the booking.

A younger player should book through a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account from Settings in the app. We can suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or anything illegal. Player, owner, and TurfLet staff accounts have different tools.

A slot is confirmed after payment succeeds. An unpaid hold, usually 10 minutes, only keeps the time and then opens again. It is not a charge. Slots depend on what the venue still has open. You can book as far ahead as Book a slot shows, currently up to 90 days including today.

Prices are in BDT. Any tax shown at checkout is part of the total you pay. Arrive for the time you booked. A late arrival does not extend the slot.

Request a refund from the booking in the app. A request at least 48 hours before the start returns the amount you paid. From 24 hours up to 48 hours, half of that amount is returned. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not show up, there is no refund unless the venue cannot provide the pitch. You can also move the slot within 3 months. The hours can change from TurfLet settings. Product photos and prices are the seller’s listing. We correct a clear pricing mistake before the order ships. Delivery time and any tracking number appear on the order when they are available. Cash on delivery is offered only where the checkout says so.

Ask for a return within 7 days for an unused item in its original packaging. Damaged or wrong items need photos within 48 hours. After we accept the return, we refund the amount you paid for that item. The steps are on the refunds page.

A listing goes live after TurfLet approves the venue. Photos, hours, prices, and the cancellation policy must match the field. You honor confirmed bookings. If you cancel one, the player is refunded the amount they paid.

Owner charges are the subscription and per-booking fees on the Pricing page for the plan you choose. Payouts go to the bank account in your owner dashboard, on the schedule shown there.

You keep the field safe and playable for the slot you sold. Questions from players about that booking should get a reply from the venue.

On TurfLet you do not:

• Break the law, or harass players, venue staff, or our team
• Post a review or message you know is false
• Use someone else’s account, or try to break the app or the payments
• Scrape, spam, or resell slots you do not intend to play

You keep ownership of photos and text you post. You let TurfLet show them in the app and on turflet.app for the feature you used, such as a review or a team. We can remove content that breaks these terms.

The TurfLet name, logo, and the app itself belong to TurfLet Bangladesh Ltd. Do not copy them for another product.

The service can pause for maintenance. Payment providers, including bKash, and the venue itself are separate from TurfLet. We are not liable for injury on a pitch, or for a venue that fails to open, beyond refunding the amount paid for that booking where the refund rules say so.

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Write to us first about a problem. If we cannot settle it, disputes are handled in Dhaka.

We can update these terms. The date on this page is the current version. Continuing to book or list a venue after an update means you accept the new terms.
