Privacy policy

This policy covers the TurfLet app and turflet.app, run by TurfLet Bangladesh Ltd. Using them means we handle the information below to provide the service.

Account

• Name, phone number, and email. Phone is used for OTP sign-in. You can also sign in with Apple.
• Profile photo and the details you add on your profile.
• A shipping address when you buy from the shop.

Bookings, shop, and messages

• Venues you view, slots you book, and payments you make, including wallet balance.
• Reviews, team posts, and messages you send in the app.
• Photos you upload for a profile, a review, or a venue.

Device

• Location, only after you allow it, to list nearby venues and open the map.
• A push token so booking updates can reach the phone.
• Basic device and log data, such as app version and IP address, to keep the service reliable.

• Create your account and keep you signed in
• Show open slots, take payment, and send the booking to the venue
• Send confirmations, reminders, and support replies
• Run teams, reviews, vouchers, and shop orders
• Spot fraud and fix crashes

Venue owners see the player details needed for the bookings at their own fields. TurfLet staff can open account and booking records to run support and payments.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for tracking across other apps. We share it when the law requires it, or to stop fraud and abuse.

The website uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. Details are on the cookie policy.

Profile and messages stay while the account is open. You can delete the account in Settings in the app. We then remove the profile, sign-in, and push token.

Booking and payment records can stay longer so venues, refunds, and accounts can be checked. Those records are limited to the transaction, not your full profile.

A younger player should use a parent or guardian’s account. If a child’s information was added by mistake, email us and we will remove it.

• Edit your name, phone, and photo in the app.
• Turn off location and notifications in the phone settings.
• Delete the account from Settings. That signs you out and removes the profile.
• Email us for a copy of the account data we hold, or to correct something you cannot edit yourself.

Connections to TurfLet use HTTPS. Payment details are entered on the provider’s page, not stored as a card number or bKash PIN in the app.

We update this page when the product changes. The date above is the current version. Questions about your data go to the same support desk as bookings.
